A BORROWER APPROACHES REITLESS WITH AN IDEA

A deal on REITless begins when an individual or entity (a "borrower") approaches REITless or someone affiliated with our network or partners and shares a plan for commercial or residential real estate development. These projects can vary widely, but all are subject to the same rigorous due diligence process before they can be listed in the marketplace.

REITLESS PERFORMS DUE DILIGENCE PROCESS

Due diligence is a search for evidence that the borrower is reliable and that its business plan is sound, both of which can minimize risk for potential investors. Thanks to REITless' platform technology, borrowers are able to fill out paperwork online to provide the information necessary for the due diligence process to begin.

3.

REITLESS PREFUNDS THE BORROWER'S PROJECT

Once REITless' analysts have determined that a deal is viable, we prefund the project so that the borrower is able to begin work as soon as possible. The borrower is bound to repay the loan from REITless with interest.

PROJECT AVAILABLE ON REITLESS FOR INVESTING

With as little as $5,000, accredited investors can participate in these real estate backed loans. Investing on REITless is easy, and can take as few as five minutes with forms completed entirely online and via email.
